+ Our prices for 2025

• We are freezing our personal training session prices for 2025 (please note that this does not apply to sessions with Filipa).
• The only price changes will be in relation to your monthly membership, and training sessions with Filipa. You can see our new prices here​.
• These changes will be implemented from 1st January, but we are extending all old prices to our existing clients until 1st March 2025. We will also be sharing additional members' discounts for group classes, massages, and other treatments very soon!
