Emily MacKay

M.Sc, B.Sc, B.Econ, Anutr AfN

Emily is a nutrition and health specialist who believes that food and movement should be sources of pleasure as well as means for improving health. As well as developing strategies to manage nutrition-related conditions, she is passionate about helping people make changes that will improve quality and enjoyment of life, and support healthy ageing.

A keen tennis player, runner and cyclist, Emily closely follows the latest scientific evidence in nutrition for physical development and sports performance.

Roni Fransis

M.Sc, B.Sc, Anutr AfN

Roni is a certified clinical nutritionist registered with the Association of Nutrition. An avid runner, passionate about sports nutrition and women’s health, Roni believes that an individually tailored nutrition and fitness plan promotes performance, strength, and general health at all ages and stages.  

Prior to studying nutrition at University College London, Roni worked in biological sciences and biochemistry in Europe and the US. Her background in science and passion for nutrition helps her understand the unique nutritional needs of every person.
